Dear Worthy Woman,

Beyoncé is on tour. The Cowboy Carter tour, to be exact.

I'm watching it on social media like every other person who didn't get a ticket but still considers themselves a Beyoncé fan.

Thanks to content creators, I don't even have to wait for the concert movie to feel like I'm in the stands. I've essentially watched the full concert in one-minute clips on my phone without lifting a finger.

As an overachieving (aka always-doing-something) woman of color, there's something deeply satisfying about enjoying the cultural event of the moment while doing absolutely nothing.

This passive enjoyment got me thinking about a story my coach training instructor told us about an acorn. The story has stuck with me, and this week, I thought it might be helpful for you too.
